Instigation of required action and provision of infrastructure at Zurich, Basel and Geneva airports.


Care Team
Worldwide organisation and implementation of large scale operations by Allianz Global Assistance care teams who are specialised in providing disaster assistance.


Psychological support
Organisation of psychological specialists in disasters and emergencies.


Media support
PR support for business partners: Preparation and sending of press releases, telephone media information service.

 

Passive telephone service
Receipt of calls from relatives, the press and third parties via a specially set-up call centre.

Active telephone service
Active contact with relatives of those affected by specialised call centre staff.


Organisation of assistance services
Professional organisation and handling of repatriation of injured, seriously ill and deceased worldwide.

 

Insurance service
Contact with the business partner’s liability insurer to ensure the duty to provide information is fulfilled and to coordinate the course of action.

Active monitoring of global events (politics, tourism, environment, etc.) and assessment by Allianz Global Assistance to detect possible problems at an early stage. Sending of reports classed as important to business partner.

Visit us on our business partner platform. There you can find all the information about our products, download documents and order sales and promotional literature to be sent directly to your branch office. With our bonus programme, every time an insurance policy is taken out you collect points that can be exchanged later for attractive rewards.
